We rent the apartment only to "Family & Friends" at a reasonable price:
High season: €250 per night
(Easter, Pentecost, July, August, 1st week of September, Christmas, New Year's Eve)
Low season: 170,- € per night
Cleaning costs: flat rate 120,- €
Minimum booking period: 5 nights
